What you can request

You may exercise any of the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), even if you're located outside of the EU.

Access your data

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including the purposes of processing and data retention periods.

Correct your data

Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data associated with your Solarius account.

Delete your data

Request that your personal data be deleted, subject to legal, contractual, or service-related obligations. See our Account Deletion Policy for details.

Restrict processing

Ask us to limit how we process your personal data under specific conditions, such as while a correction is pending.

Object to processing

Object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing. We will assess your objection in line with applicable laws.

Response time

We aim to respond to all requests within one month of receipt.

For complex or high-volume requests, this period may be extended by up to two additional months. If that happens, we will inform you and explain why.

How to submit a request

To initiate a data rights request, email us at dpo@solarius.me from the email address associated with your Solarius Identity account.

We may ask for verification before processing your request to protect your privacy and security.
