Account Deletion Policy
If you no longer wish to use Solarius Identity or any Solarius product linked to your account, you may request account deletion by contacting us at help@solarius.me.
What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your Solarius Identity account:
- Access is permanently revoked for all Solarius products and services tied to the account.
- Personal data is deleted or anonymized, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal or compliance requirements.
- All active subscriptions or payment plans are cancelled, effective immediately.
- Any developer API keys, tokens, or automation credentials are revoked to prevent further access.
Account deletion is irreversible.
For organization owners
If you are the owner of an organization in Solarius Identity:
- You must transfer ownership of the organization to another verified member before we can process your deletion request.
- Any data owned by the organization (e.g., projects, billing records, team roles) will be retained by the organization, not the individual user account.
- If no transfer is made, the organization account and associated services may be suspended or locked.
Solarius does not delete organizational data when an individual user account is removed, unless explicitly instructed by the current organization owner or required by law.
Start the deletion process
To initiate account deletion, email help@solarius.me from the email address associated with your Solarius account. Our team will verify your identity and provide you with next steps.
