Child Safety Policy

By using any Solarius product or service ("Services"), you agree to the terms of this Child Safety Policy. This policy applies to all Solarius offerings unless a product-specific agreement supersedes it in part (without negating this Child Safety Policy).

Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

Solarius prohibits any form of child exploitation, abuse, or illegal content across its Services. This includes sexualization of minors, child exploitation, grooming behavior, and any content that endangers the safety of children.

We automatically terminate accounts and report violators to law enforcement when we detect child exploitation or abuse. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of children. We cooperate with the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) (US), CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command) (UK), and other relevant authorities to combat child exploitation.

Detection Systems

We use PhotoDNA and other automated systems to detect and prevent child exploitation. These systems analyze images and content for known child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and grooming behavior. If we detect such content, we will take immediate action, including account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

We also use AI and machine learning to identify grooming behavior and other forms of child exploitation. These systems are designed to protect children while respecting user privacy.

Solarius has a safety team that monitors for child exploitation and abuse. This team is trained to handle sensitive situations and works closely with law enforcement when necessary.

Reporting Mechanisms

Reports of child exploitation or abuse can be made through the built-in reporting tools in our products or by contacting our support team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

For cases where immediate action is required, such as imminent harm to a child, please contact local law enforcement or emergency services.

Response Protocol

When we receive a report of child exploitation or abuse, we will immediately remove the offending content if required, share hashes with NCMEC and other relevant authorities, freeze the account, and investigate the report. If we determine that the report is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Terminating the account
  • Reporting the user to law enforcement
  • Cooperating with law enforcement investigations

Age Verification

For services involving minor users, we implement age verification measures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This may include collecting parental consent or verifying the age of users through third-party services. Age gating is done in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and other relevant laws.

Solarius products are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Parental consent is required for users under 18 in jurisdictions where this is mandated by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update these terms with 30 days notice (email or in-platform notification). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
