Organization audit logs
Solarius provides real-time audit logs to help organizations track important actions, changes, and access events across their workspace. Audit logs enhance transparency, accountability, and compliance, especially in regulated or multi-user environments.
What are audit logs?
Audit logs are timestamped records of sensitive or critical actions taken within your organization. These logs are available to Owners and Admins and can be used for:
- Investigating suspicious activity
- Monitoring access control changes
- Complying with internal security policies
- Maintaining operational transparency
What events are logged?
Solarius logs actions across identity, billing, infrastructure, and product environments. For example:
Category | Examples of Logged Events |
---|---|
Authentication | Logins, failed login attempts, MFA enrollment/removal |
User Management | Invites sent, role changes, user removals, ownership transfers |
Billing & Payments | Payment method updates, failed payments, invoice generation |
Service Changes | Resource creation/deletion, configuration edits |
Security Events | Password changes, token refreshes, API key generation |
Data Access (Beta) | Export/download requests, permission changes on assets |
Audit logs are accessible in the Organization Dashboard under Security -> Audit Logs.
