Controlling your data on Solarius Identity

Solarius Identity is the unified account system that powers access to all Solarius products and services. While we collect minimal personal data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy, we still believe in giving you meaningful control over your account and associated data.

This page explains the tools available to manage your data in Solarius Identity.


What you can control

Profile information

You can view and update your basic account details at any time:

  • Email address
  • Organization name
  • Display name / username
  • Profile picture

Visit your Account Settings to review and update this information.

Session management

You can view and revoke active login sessions from your account dashboard. This allows you to:

  • Sign out remotely from any device or browser.
  • See when and where your account was last accessed.

We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security. Solarius requires certain accounts to use MFA, and you can set it up in your Security Settings.

Connected applications

Solarius Identity may be used to sign in to other Solarius services (e.g., Infra, Guard). You can:

  • View authorized integrations that have access to your account
  • Revoke authorization for specific services

This helps limit data access across platforms while maintaining centralized control.

Deletion options

You may request to delete your Solarius Identity account. This will:

  • Remove your access to all Solarius services linked to the account
  • Trigger deletion or anonymization of associated personal data (subject to retention and legal obligations)

Account deletion is irreversible. If your account is the owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership before deletion. Organization data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.
