Having trouble getting started with your Solarius account or services? This guide covers common setup problems and how to quickly resolve them.
Login issues
Didn't receive the welcome or verification email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you used the correct email at checkout
- If it still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact us at help@solarius.me and check our status page for any ongoing issues
Password not working?
- Double-check for typos or caps lock
- Use the "Forgot password" tool at id.solarius.me after entering your email or username
- If MFA is enabled and you're locked out, contact support for recovery
Account setup issues
My onboarding link expired
Onboarding links are time-sensitive for security reasons. If yours has expired, email help@solarius.me and we'll issue a new one.
Can't create an account
Make sure:
- You've already purchased a product or service from Solarius at solarius.me
- Your email address is not already associated with an existing account
- You are using a supported browser (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
If you still can't create an account, contact us at help@solarius.me.
Billing and subscription issues
Card declined or payment failed
- Double-check with your card provider for blocks or limits
- Retry with a different payment method
- Look for any emails from us about payment issues
- If the problem persists, contact our billing team at billing@solarius.me
I was charged but didn't receive access
- Check your spam for the onboarding email
- Make sure you completed the checkout and didn't get redirected mid-process
- Contact us if you believe your order was disrupted and we can discuss options
